who we are
Camp U-Kai is a DIY weekend gathering in the mountains of Ukiah, California, founded by QTBIPOC nature lovers, artists, musicians, skaters, and makers.
We bring people together for four days of live performances, workshops, swimming, field games, shared meals, and late-night dancing beneath the stars — where we celebrate collective joy, childlike wonder, creative exploration, and the simple magic of spending time together outdoors. Whether you're dropping into a skate session, learning a new skill, floating in the river, dancing all night, or making friends around the campfire, Camp U-Kai is an invitation to come and play.
From last year
Come to camp. Bring a tent, a friend, and something to share.
